I've tried many Ginseng products in my lifetime and nothing else compares. It does everything that is claimed on thee bottle. I recommend taking two capsules in the morning.

This used to be a superb supplement of high quality, but I can't say that any more. There must have been some kind of change in production because the quality of the product plummeted. In the past I got great energy and mood boosts from a single capsule of this panax ginseng supplement, but the last 2 times I ordered, when I noticed that the bottle and label are made with different materials, not even doubling or tripling the dose will give me the same effect. I thought this might be due to and increase in my tolerance, but I took a substantial break between purchases and even still never felt my tolerance increase during prolonged use. I think this product is trash any longer, but you can make your own determination.
