Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your LEAN Nutraceuticals purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original delivery date, subject to the terms below.

What's Eligible

  • All LEAN dietary supplements and personal care products purchased directly from leannutraceuticals.com
  • Both opened and unopened bottles from your first order of a given product (we want you to actually try it)

What's Not Eligible

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces (please contact the retailer directly)
  • Membership fees for Sapphire or Diamond after 30 days of enrollment (see membership terms)
  • Products damaged through misuse or storage in inappropriate conditions
  • Bulk or multiple bottles beyond the first bottle of the same SKU

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@leannutraceuticals.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience
  2. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps and a return shipping address
  3. Ship the product back to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and cost.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days

Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Subscription Refunds

If a subscription order ships and you do not want it, contact us within 7 days of the ship date. We will refund the order in full (subject to product return, at the customer's shipping cost) and pause your subscription. To avoid future orders, cancel your subscription in your member portal or email us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled ship date.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at no additional cost, and we cover return shipping in these cases.
