These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the LEAN Nutraceuticals website located at leannutraceuticals.com (the "Site") and any related services, products, and content offered by Sivinci LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as LEAN Nutraceuticals ("LEAN," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Site, purchasing any product, or enrolling in any membership tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any product or enroll in any membership on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Account Registration
To purchase products, join a membership, or subscribe, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@leannutraceuticals.com of any unauthorized use.
3. Products and Purchases
LEAN sells dietary supplements and personal care products. Product descriptions, ingredients, and pricing are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit availability of any product at any time without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where product is out of stock, pricing errors occur, or the order violates these Terms.
4. Health and Medical Disclaimer
The statements made about LEAN products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any dietary supplement or wellness regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Information on the Site is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have obtained from LEAN.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Some LEAN products are available for recurring subscription. By enrolling, you authorize LEAN and our payment processor to charge your saved payment method automatically at the interval selected (for example, monthly), at the price displayed at the time of enrollment.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing support@leannutraceuticals.com at least three (3) business days before your next renewal date. Charges already processed before cancellation are non-refundable except as provided under our Refund Policy.
6. Membership Program
LEAN offers a three-tier membership program: Pearl (free), Sapphire (paid, monthly or annual), and Diamond (paid, monthly or annual). Membership benefits, pricing, and terms are described on our Membership page.
Paid memberships (Sapphire and Diamond) renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your member portal or by contacting support. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Diamond membership includes access to the LEAN 40+ Longevity Panel, a lab testing benefit provided by a third-party laboratory partner. Lab results are provided for wellness information only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a licensed healthcare provider to interpret results.
7. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be added where applicable. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend service, cancel your order, or charge an alternative payment method on file.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are described on our Shipping Policy page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
9. Returns and Refunds

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Sivinci LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
"LEAN Nutraceuticals," "A Brand for 40+," "Strong for Life. Sharp for Decades.," and related product names are trademarks of Sivinci LLC.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code; (d) engage in fraudulent or misleading activity; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (f) interfere with the operation of the Site.
12. Third-Party Services
The Site integrates with third-party services including payment processing, order fulfillment, analytics, reviews, and lab testing. Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
13. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant LEAN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business, including marketing and promotional materials. You represent that content you submit is your own and does not violate the rights of any third party.
14. Disclaimers of Warranty
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIVINCI LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sivinci LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party right.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site where practicable.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and LEAN regarding the Site.
