Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with LEAN Nutraceuticals. This page explains how we ship your order and what to expect once it's on its way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat rate on all orders
  • Free Shipping for LEAN Members: All members (Pearl, Sapphire, and Diamond) receive free standard shipping on every order. Pearl membership is free to join at /pages/join-pearl
  • Expedited and Priority Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional charge, calculated based on order weight and destination

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, standard delivery arrives in 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact us at support@leannutraceuticals.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment partner, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

Address Errors

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please check with your neighbors, front desk, or local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you on replacement or refund.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship automatically on the schedule you selected at enrollment. You may pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your member portal or by contacting support.
