Flavor was fine. Easy to use and hold under tongue before swallowing. While weight loss is promoted it did mention it helped fatty livers which I have. So it’s inexpensive and I’m willing to try it and my blood work will tell me if my enzymes have dropped. If I lose a little it’s a bonus.
