Well, a friend of mine said to me the other day that menopause was no excuse for not having a libido, and since I was considering throwing myself out there for dating, I thought to myself...maybe she's right. So I decided to give these supplements a try, figuring the worst that could possibly happen was that I might get a little cranky and have to stop taking them. What's new, right? Doesn’t make you a sex crazed maniac in my experience. But it does make it easier and much more likely to go all the way. Also makes it way more intense. I use an antidepressant so without this there is no intensity. Trying not to be too graphic. I take three capsules a few hours before I’m planning on intimacy. I don’t take them every day.
