Should I take Women's Libido Enhancer before, during or after a meal?

You may take with or without food a you prefer. You should take 1 capsule the morning of a potential "date night" or for 2-3 days prior to "date" night or as directed by your healthcare provider. In general you should not exceed 4 capsules per week. However, in some cases if you are not feeling the results you desire you may need to "front load" your dosage by taking 3 pills per day for 3 days and then reducing your dosage to 2 capsules per day for up to 60 days.
