Is it Safe?

Garcinia cambogia is an all-natural product. For the most part, it is fairly safe. However, there may be some side effects or unintended consequences when taking it with other medications. For example, this supplement has been shown to slightly decrease blood sugar. This may cause some interference with diabetes medications. It may also potentially interfere with statin medications for blood pressure. Generally, those who are on medications or are pregnant may wish to consult with their doctor before taking garcinia cambogia.

How Often Should it be Taken?

Generally, a single daily dose of garcinia cambogia is all that is needed. This single dose each day should be taken within 30 minutes of eating. It should also be taken with water.
